Consulting on the interior of a renovated 1905 2,000 ft² home for a family transitioning from a significantly smaller property — advising on space planning, material and furniture selection, and functional systems while integrating existing pieces and supplementing with intention, all within a defined budget. Adding warmth and definition to spaces scaled for a new chapter of family life.

Directed the gut renovation of a historic 3-story, 5-bedroom 1905 limestone that was untouched for over 10 years — collaborated with contractor and architect across all phases of a 2,082 ft² project, owned the budget and timeline, and executed an interior vision that married Brooklyn history with clean Japanese aesthetics, grounded in functional systems for everyday family life.
